Prometheus Bound

After feeling angry at being tricked, Zeus, the king of the gods, decided that he would keep fire on Mount Olympus, the home of the gods. Mankind would have no light during the night, and no warmth.
Prometheus, an immortal titan, felt sorry for men, and he decided to steal fire. He snuck it away from the mountain, and from then humans could have light and warmth.
On learning that Prometheus had done this, Zeus was incredibly angry and decided to punish Prometheus forever. He took Prometheus to the top of a hill, and tied him to a rock with unbreakable chains. Exposed on the rock, a giant eagle flew down and ripped open Prometheus’s body, eating his liver; however, because Prometheus was immortal, his body quickly recovered, only for the eagle to return the next day, and the next, and again rip him open, and again eat his liver.
