Part 1

Dave: Good morning. You’re awake very early. How’s it going?
Samantha: Not bad. How about you?
Dave: I’m good, thanks. What are you up to?
Samantha: I’m going to my parents’ house. Every Sunday morning I go there for 3 hours. After that I meet my friends for lunch. Then, in the afternoon, I go to the gym and go swimming. In the evening I go to a Japanese class. It finishes at 9.
Dave: You are busy! Well, have a good day. It’s too early. I’m going home, and then back to bed.

Part 2

Philip: Hi Anna.

Anna: I’m afraid tomorrow I am going to a birthday party.
Philip: How about on Wednesday?
Anna: On Wednesday I go to Paris for 3 days.
Philip: How about the weekend?
Anna: This weekend I am going to go visit my parents in Edinburgh.
Philip: Oh well, maybe some other time.

Part 3

From Monday to Friday I go to work. I get up at 6 30, have a shower, brush my teeth, get dressed, and eat breakfast. I leave the house at 7 30, and go to work by subway, and then on foot. I work from 9 to 5.
At 12 I eat lunch, and at 3 I drink some coffee because I am tired. I go home at 5, and I get home at 6 30. Then I cook dinner, watch TV, read, and go to bed. I think my weekdays are terrible.
At the weekend I get up at 11. Sometimes I go and have brunch with my friends, but usually I don’t get dressed, and go into the living room and watch TV. I like to play computer games, so sometimes I play those too. I eat lunch at 3, and then go back to bed. I wake up again at 6, and cook dinner. In the evening I sometimes go to the pub. I prefer my weekends.

Part 4

A good daily routine can help you have a healthy life. Doing exercise every day, eating good food, and having both work and free time, can make a person happy. Going out to a place can help you meet friends, or meet new people.
Changing a daily routine can also make you happy. If you think you are fat and lazy, you can change what you do every day. Instead of going from work to the bar, you can go from work to the gym, and then the bar. Instead of going home and watching TV, you can go for a walk around the neighbourhood, then go home and watch TV. Instead of waking up late, wake up early.
A lot of people want to have a good daily routine, but don’t. They want to wake up early, do yoga, and eat a healthy breakfast, but really they wake up late, eat fried eggs and bacon, and go to work. They also want to go to the gym, but usually they watch TV. They want to go to interesting places, like the cinema, or the theatre, but really they just go to the bar. They want to be thin, healthy, and good-looking, but they think they are a bit fat and lazy.
